Voting 8-1, the justices reversed a Kentucky Supreme Court ruling that threw out the evidence gathered when officers entered Hollis King's apartment. The court said there was no violation of King's constitutional rights because the police acted reasonably. Only Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dissented.

Officers knocked on King's door in Lexington and thought they heard noises that indicated whoever was inside was trying to get rid of incriminating evidence.

One by one our rights will be taken until none remain. It will take what seems like seconds, as we look back upon it, for them to take control and destroy all the freedoms of America that we hold dear. Who are "They"? To some they are the New World Order, others call them the Illuminati, some people think it is a grand plot of a unnamed sinister underground, and even others have theories of a Government inside our own. It does not matter who it is anymore, unless you are looking to target whom to blame, it only matters that events are in motion and Sheeple need to wake up!
