Is MSNBC about to implode?
Ted Koppel, who for more than four decades carried the liberal banner for ABC, published an op-ed in Sunday's Washington Post where he blamed television personalities like MSNBC's Keith Olbermann for the death of real news.
Among other things, Koppel referred to Olbermann as "the most opinionated among MSNBC's left-leaning, Fox baiting, money-generating hosts." and added, "Olbermann draws more than 1 million like-minded viewers to his program every night precisely because he is avowedly, unabashedly and monotonously partisan."
Olbermann, with his sizeable, bruised ego struck back at Koppel for suggesting he represents "the death of real news."
