Scrum QuickStart Guide: A Simplified Beginners Guide To Mastering #scrumScrum QuickStart Guide:
A Simplified Beginner's Guide To Mastering Scrum

You are not going to find a more comprehensive guide on Scrum then the Scrum QuickStart Guide: A Simplified Beginner's Guide To Mastering Scrum by Ed Stark. I enjoyed listening to the audible version, however; going forward I would choose a print version of books like this so my notes could be reviewed in context.

I did feel like the material covered everything you needed to know about Scrum. Things were laid out in a step-by-step manner that was easy to understand. The analogies given walk you through complicated project management concepts and bring you through the veil with a strong understanding on the other side. It was also kinda cool how the book covered the history of Scrum.

This audible could make even the most novice business person confident in the world of project management. From the supervision of employees to the defined roles that staff and management play. Furthermore, the offering of case studies help the listener to understand difficult concepts and complex theories.

Working as a team player is fundamental in any professional climate. No matter what industry your projects set within it is imperative that your team knows how to work together efficiently and effectively. It is also important that every challenge is faced with a plan. The multiple strategies taught in this audible will give you the confidence to tackle any project.

I received this audible book free-of-charge in exchange for a review.
